The Wells are very sturdily built to withstand transport and normal use. I really put in a lot of time and effort in building each Well, and these products are meant to last! The gift-size Wells can weigh up to 25 lbs., so I recommend you have someone on hand able to carry such a weight, especially if you plan to pick up and/or drop off the Well on your own. 

The lids are held in place by powerful magnets and are guaranteed not fall off or out during transport and normal use.  A casual tug also should not be enough to lift out the lid - I installed decorative pulls for you to lift out the lid to gather your cards and gifts once the event is over.

The smallest Wishing Wells (Rafael and Rina) can hold at least 150 standard size envelopes, or with the lid off, about 10-20 small gifts. The mid-size Wishing Wells (the Angeline and Joci) can hold at least 300 cards and about 20-30 small gifts. The gift-size Wishing Wells (the Marie and Aidan) can hold considerably more. Find Wells by Raquel on Facebook for ideas and examples!

Generally, no.  Most of the decorations are permanently attached, and removing them would ruin the finish of the Wells. This is why I try to choose decorations that will work well with a variety of schemes and colors.   Non-permanent trimmings, like colored ribbons,  may be added to help tie the Well to the theme of your event.

Yes. I will work with your event venue to schedule the drop-off and pick up of the Well. Planning an event can be stressful at times, and your Wishing Well rental should be the very least of your worries. However, if you so choose, you are welcome to take care of the pick up and drop off of the Well on your own. 

No. As a convenience to you,  the transport fee includes delivery AND collection costs, and will not be discounted if you choose to do only one or the other. No matter what transportation arrangement you choose, I will try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.

Generally, no. Wells by Raquel does not mass produce its products for sale. This allows me to keep the quality and creativity very high. Each Well has its own special little  story, and no two are alike! Custom Wishing Wells may be built upon request, please contact me for more details.  For custom built Wishing Wells,  orders must be placed at least  six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled event, pricing upon request.

No. I know a lot of other party rental stores rent out a variety of supplies and accessories, but I started Wells by Raquel with the intention of building one product and make it as unique and lovely as possible.  

As soon as possible!  I recommend reserving your Well at least 4 weeks prior to your event.  Inventory is limited and Wells are rented out on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
